Bluetooth Remote Control was renamed to Phone Remote Control from version
5.0 Support for 3 party applications is added in two ways:
- For full control of the phone UI
Phone Remote Control Supports both VB and Java scripts. More information
on how to write your scripts is found in the
writing script guide.
- Write your own keymaps by adding PC
key combinations on the phone keys 1-9. Most PC programs has quick keys
assigned. Just add a key combination to e.g. phone key 1 and you have your
own remote control. This is done in seconds and a very simple way to remote
control your favorite programs.
IMPORTANT: Using keymaps the PC application must have focus.
