Q: Can I use my headset with Bluetooth PC Dialer?

A: Yes! All call related phone functionality can be done via Bluetooth PC Dialer!

It is thus possible to have the phone in the pocket and do all call actions from Bluetooth PC Dialer!

 
 
Q: Can I use my Bluetooth headset with Bluetooth PC Dialer?
A: Yes! After the phone call is initiated close the Bluetooth connection and transfer the call to the headset. You can also enable a setting that closes the Bluetooth connection automatically after a successful call.

How a phone call is transferred to the headset depends on which Bluetooth headset and phone you have. The normal behaviour is although pressing a button on the headset.

Q: What are the requirements for Bluetooth PC Dialer?
A: You need a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone and a Bluetooth equipped PC.
Q: Which Bluetooth solutions are supported by Bluetooth PC Dialer?

A: Bluetooth PC Dialer supports all PC and most phone Bluetooth solutions!

  • Phones
    Most Bluetooth enabled mobile phones are supported. The program use AT commands to communicate with the Phone and almost all phone manufactures support AT commands. But to be sure you need to try your phone!
  • Bluetooth solutions on PC
    All Bluetooth PC solutions are supported
    (BlueSoleil, Microsoft, Toshiba, WidComm).
Q: How does Bluetooth PC Dialer find the phone?
A: The user can chose to find the phone via the Bluetooth access method Inquiry or via a COM port. If Inquiry is chosen all of the setup is done from within Bluetooth PC Dialer  
Q:Sometimes Bluetooth PC Dialer fails to connect to my phone! How can I avoid this?
A: The Bluetooth connection is not guaranteed to succeed but it fails very rarely. Please try again! If the problem persists please restart phone and PC.
